company was established to meet the demand for information technology support,
cutting edge technology and sophisticated software applications by small and
medium sized businesses, government municipalities and not-for-profit
organizations whose budgets does not allow for an "In House IT
Staff."

area of Information Technology, Project Management, Office Automation, and Web
Application Services.

Job Description
Sales Representatives
are
required to:
Mission -The primary mission of the
sales representative is to develop demand, and achieve customer wins for The GAD
Group services through presentations and skillful selling to small and medium
sized businesses (SMB).
Quantitative
Metrics
- Meet sales booking goals and other sales targets
on a
quarterly and
annual
basis.
- Make a minimum
of 24
sales calls per month to SMB
Marketplace.
- Influence SMB
Marketplace in your territory to utilize The GAD Group for all of their
Information Technology needs.
- Identify 5
Marquee customers in your territory and establish a preference for The GAD
Group services with those accounts. The criteria of a Marquee Account
are;
- 100-300
Employees that consume "IT" services daily.
- Multiple
Locations
- Develop a close working relationship with the
channel partners in the "IT" industry.
Gain the support and enthusiasm of your
channel allies in selling "IT".
Qualitative
Metrics
- Demonstrate
strong
selling skills, excellent product knowledge, solid work habits and an “On Fire
for The GAD Group” demeanor and positive
attitude.
- Take
responsibility for having, and demonstrating high
levels of motivation and morale, if your peers attitude
is weakening pump it up!
- Conduct
yourself in a professional
manner
SMB Selling
Requirements
· Find and initiate "IT" sales
opportunities directly with potential
customers and lead the opportunities through the companies “sales
pipeline”. Partner with the channel team to close the
deal.
- Have a strong
relationship with the top 10 Marque Customers in your territory.
- Document and
communicate the opportunities that you have personally brought to The GAD
Group, LLC.
- Develop relationships with end users of The GAD Group
services. List and discuss your top 10 end user relationships and how your
influence has helped The GAD Group, LLC by resulting in new
business.
- At least 80% of the sales
representative weekly sales time should be spent developing and driving
his/her own end user opportunities through
our sales pipeline.
Google
Apps
Google Apps
is
a key sales tool used by The GAD Group,
LLC. As
such you must become a highly competent user of Google Apps and keep the sales
spreadsheets updated and current. At a minimum you
must:
- Record all
target contacts in Google Apps.
- Record all sales
calls in Google Apps.
- Record all accounts in Google Apps.
- Record all
“opportunities” in Google
Apps.
- Record all
quotes properly in Google Apps.
- Organize your
opportunities in Google Apps according to the correct stage in the
GAD
Group Sales Pipeline. Keep it
current.
- Keep your Google
Apps calendar current and accurate going forward
and as a history tool.
Other
Job Requirements
- Skilled at
calling on company's executives (COO’s, CFO, "IT" Directors,
Managers Technology) and developing a
preference and specification for The GAD Group services.
· Has the ability to work effectively
with limited supervision and a high degree of self
motivation.
· 2-5 years sales
experience
- Have been
trained in selling techniques, and posses’ strong selling
skills.
- Takes responsibility for own morale and
motivation.
· Ability to
travel overnight as needed.
- Have and keep a
valid drivers license
- Experience selling "IT" Services
- Have a good
selling track record
