Gregory Dover - Partner, Chief Technology Officer

Gregory Dover has been delivering business solutions in the Information Technology sector for more than 20 years. Greg is a co-founding partner of The GAD Group LLC. As Chief Technology Officer, Greg is responsible for aligning the technology vision with business strategy by integrating company processes with appropriate technologies. This covers areas associated with Project Management, Network Management, E-government Software Development, 911 Systems, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Software implementation.

Greg has held positions of Project Manager, Technical Account Manager, IT Director and Consultant. He has worked in the Information Technology field delivering solutions to various industries including Government, Telecom, Waste Management, Transportation and Logistics, Manufacturing, Social Services, Architecture & Engineering, Commercial Real Estate & Property Management, and Retail.

Greg maintains Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certifications, which consist of best practices for managing and delivering Information Technology solutions. He is also a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Franchon Y. Dover - Partner , Chief Operating Officer

Franchon Y. Dover is a co-founding partner of The GAD Group LLC. Fran brings over 19 years of experience in the areas of Office Administration, Human Resources Management, Project Management and Sales. As Chief Operating Officer, Fran is responsible for the day to day operations of the company in the areas of Customer Service, Administration, Human Resources, Sales and Compliance.

She has worked to provide solutions in the areas of Education, Human Resources, Finance, Real Estate, Retail, Customer Service and Information Technology.

Franchon earned her Bachelor’s degree from De Paul University with a major in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration.
